In 2009, I got into the habit of taking daily photographs of my nightstand. This activity resulted in a series of still lifes tracking the accumulation of objectschance elements of daily lifein a private realm. "Nightstand" shows a grid of 10 photos pulled from this collection, paired off in rows of two. Each side-by-side pair represents a small time gap, pictures taken within a week of each other. The photos are ordered chronologicallyleft to right, top to bottomdates ranging from 2009-11.
