My mercurial nature has led me to believe that habit=happiness. This series consists of charts I've made over the yearsexperiments in habit formation. Every 4 weeks, I make a list of habits I want to build or break, rows of habits and columns of days. A complete task gets a black dot. After years of creating and collecting these charts, I began looking at them as abstract drawings. To exaggerate the forms of this habit evidence, I connected the black dots on the charts and created high contrast abstractions.
